Return Policy

1. Return Period

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in the original, undamaged packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and parts that came with the item must be included
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Opened software or digital products
• Custom-built or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return your product, please follow these steps:

2. Wait for our return instructions, including the return address
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (we recommend keeping your shipping receipt)

5. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more detailed information about refunds.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first.
