Under the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund. This 14-day cancellation period applies to all orders placed by consumers within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland).

If you exercise your 14-day cancellation right under United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened and with all packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process a full refund (including original delivery costs) to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt. The exact timing may depend on your payment provider's policies. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
